Nicotine Warning & Product Safety
Nicotine warning
Nicotine is highly addictive. Products sold on this website contain nicotine unless the listing states otherwise. They are intended for adults of legal vaping age only.
Vaping products are not intended for anyone who does not already use nicotine, and are not intended for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have questions about nicotine and your health, speak with a healthcare professional.
Canadian federal regulations cap nicotine concentration in vaping products sold in Canada at 20 mg/mL. The strength of each product is shown on its product page.
Keep away from children and pets
E-liquid is harmful if swallowed and can be dangerous in small quantities. Store all e-liquid, pods, cartridges and devices out of the sight and reach of children and pets, in their original packaging with child-resistant caps closed.
If e-liquid is swallowed, or if you suspect a child has come into contact with it, contact your regional poison centre or seek medical attention immediately.
Battery safety
Most vaping devices use lithium-ion batteries. Handled carelessly, these can overheat, vent or catch fire.
- Use only the charger supplied with the device, or one the manufacturer specifies. Do not use a fast charger unless the device is rated for it.
- Don't leave a device charging unattended or overnight, and unplug it once it's full.
- Never carry loose external batteries in a pocket or bag with keys, coins or other metal. Use a plastic battery case.
- Stop using any battery with a torn, nicked or missing wrap, and any device that has been dropped in water or is visibly damaged, swollen or leaking.
- Keep devices out of direct sunlight, hot vehicles and freezing conditions.
Handling e-liquid
- Wash your hands after refilling. Avoid contact with skin and eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
- Store bottles upright, tightly closed, away from heat and light.
- Don't decant e-liquid into unlabelled containers, and never into food or drink containers.
- Use only e-liquid intended for vaping, at a strength and viscosity suited to your device.
Using your device
- Read the manufacturer's instructions before first use.
- Don't modify a device, bypass its safety features, or combine parts that weren't designed to work together.
- Replace coils when flavour changes or you taste burning — don't keep using a dry or burnt coil.
- Stop using any product immediately if it leaks, overheats, or you experience an adverse reaction, and seek medical advice if needed.
Disposal and recycling
Vaping devices and disposables contain batteries and, in most cases, residual nicotine. They should not go in household garbage or curbside recycling. Take used devices, disposables and batteries to a household hazardous waste depot or a battery recycling drop-off in your municipality. Empty e-liquid bottles should be rinsed before recycling where local rules allow.
