Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped through Canada Post and other approved delivery partners, where applicable.
Estimated delivery times:
Ontario: 1–5 business days
Other Canadian Provinces: 3–10 business days
Remote Locations: Additional transit time may apply
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
ID Verification at Delivery
Certain orders may require:
Government-issued photo identification
Signature confirmation upon delivery and/or
Verification that the recipient is of legal age.
The delivery carrier may request valid government-issued photo identification before releasing an age-restricted package.
Orders will not be released to individuals who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age when requested.
Failed Delivery Due to Age Verification
If a package cannot be delivered because:
The recipient is under legal age;
Valid government-issued identification is not provided;
The recipient refuses age verification; or
No eligible adult is available to accept delivery the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, original shipping charges and return shipping charges may be deducted from any refund issued, where permitted by law.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-shipped.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to Canada Post or another carrier, delivery timelines are under the carrier's control.
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly so that we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened vape products, e-liquids, pods, cartridges, disposable devices, or other consumable products.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Compliance With Applicable Laws
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or deny shipment where required to comply with federal, provincial, territorial, or local laws relating to vaping products and age-restricted goods.
